  • 2. Breast milk, Formula, Or Water: Add your preferred liquid to achieve the ideal creamy texture—breast milk, formula, or water. Use just enough water to prevent it from becoming runny for the best results. Once this baby food avocado has been combined with either breastmilk or formula, add it just before serving. Do not keep it. This is the greatest approach to introduce your infant to avocados with a familiar flavor when they are sampling them for the first time.

The ideal avocado might be difficult to come by! Avocados are usually found at grocery shops in a variety of ripeness levels. Choose firm avocados that will soften over time if you want to create this avocado baby puree recipe in a few days. Choose an avocado that is dark brown on the outside with slightly indentations when pressed on the skin if you plan to prepare the puree immediately. Steer clear of a mushy, overripe avocado.
