Miyar Zogale (Moringa Soup)

Ingredient:

  • leaf Moringa
  • Grinded fresh tomato and pepper
  • Seasoning
  • Onion grated
  • palm oil
  • Gyada (mashed)
  • boiled meat and stock

Step 1
Get a clean pot and add palm oil
Step 2
Add your tomato and pepper with the onion and allow to fry
Step 3
Then add your boiled meat with the stock after the above-mentioned has fryed
Step 4
Add the mashed ground nut and the moringa leaf and allow to cook together
Step 5
Add seasoning
Step 6
Stir and allow to cook for at least 25 to 30 mins
Step 7
Serve with any swallow of your choice
